is a complex pathology that sometimes remains unknown or poorly known to healthcare professionals.<\/p><p>In France, referral and competence centres with the necessary expertise have been set up to manage patients with NF1 in a specialised manner.<\/p><p>They offer:<\/p><ul><li>An appropriate diagnosis and follow-up adapted to everyone.<\/li><li>Available treatments on the market or, sometimes, as investigational products (therapeutic trials).<\/li><\/ul><p>The European <a href=\"https:\/\/www.genturis.eu\/l=eng\/Home.html\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">ERN GENTURIS network<\/a> allows patients to find the different referral or competence centres across
