Its main mission is to offer each patient with individualised care in terms of diagnostics and therapy.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/section>\n\t\t\t\t<section class=\"elementor-section elementor-top-section must create an account:<\/p><ul><li>Sur le portail \u00ab Skemeet \u00bb \u00e0 partir <a href=\"https:\/\/staff.skemeet.io\/fimarad-rcp-neurofibromatoses-type1\/nouveau-patient\">the specific link<\/a> for NF1 RCPs.<\/li><li>On the FIMARAD portal from <a href=\"https:\/\/fimarad.skemeet.io\/portail\/fimarad\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">des 7 RCP<\/a> available in the sector.<\/li><\/ul><p>Once the account is created, the doctor is then able to:<\/p><ul><li>Introduce a patient by filling in their information sheet in the RCP software and uploading all the documents necessary for their case.<\/li><li>Join the session (with or without the patient) using <a href=\"https:\/\/staff.skemeet.io\/fimarad-rcp-neurofibromatoses-type1\/nouveau-patient\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">the specific link<\/a> to the NF1 RCP by clicking on \"Participate in the staff\".<\/li><\/ul><p>Pour des raisons de s\u00e9curit\u00e9 des donn\u00e9es des patients, l\u2019envoi des fiches de RCP par e-mail n&rsquo;est plus possible.
