Hospital professionals

The national Multidisciplinary Consultation Meeting (Réunion de Concertation Pluridisciplinaire, RCP) provides an opportunity to discuss the management of complex patients with neurofibromatosis type 1 (NF1) among health professionals throughout the national territory (metropolitan France and overseas). Its main mission is to offer each patient with individualised care in terms of diagnostics and therapy.

I am a hospital professional, and I would like to introduce a patient at the national RCP.

Physicians (prescribers and participants) who wish to introduce a patient and/or attend the NF1 RCP must create an account:

  • Sur le portail « Skemeet » à partir the specific link for NF1 RCPs.
  • On the FIMARAD portal from des 7 RCP available in the sector.

Once the account is created, the doctor is then able to:

  • Introduce a patient by filling in their information sheet in the RCP software and uploading all the documents necessary for their case.
  • Join the session (with or without the patient) using the specific link to the NF1 RCP by clicking on "Participate in the staff".

Pour des raisons de sécurité des données des patients, l’envoi des fiches de RCP par e-mail n’est plus possible. Le médecin remplit et doit donc remplir directement la fiche de son patient en ligne.

For any surgical opinion or opinion concerning the introduction of a drug, it is essential to send the images either: 

  • Via ORTIF, sur le PACS de l’hôpital Henri-Mondor (AP-HP).
  • Available for download in DICOM format directly on the Skemeet platform.
  • By post to: Henri-Mondor Hospital (AP-HP), Dermatology Department, Dr. Laura Fertitta, 1 rue Gustave Eiffel, 94000 Créteil.

NF1 multidisciplinary team meetings are held via web conference, using a tool developed and adapted by Skemeet for rare disease multidisciplinary team meetings. All regulatory requirements concerning personal health data are complied with.
